Welcome to Edible Goose Creek - a collective of small farmers bringing wholesome hand-cultured food to our community.

Edible Goose Creek is a dynamic collaborative of farmers and producers creating nurture, beauty, and alternative infrastructure in Bedford and the Roanoke Valley of Virginia. We create a culture of reciprocal exchange between our merry band of growers, farmers and artists, you, and other EGC members. By focusing on producing things that give us joy, we offer unique and special items to our members. By sharing our talents, skills, and ideas, we assist our community to become more resilient, self-sufficient, and JOY-full! We serve Bedford County and the greater Roanoke Valley.

We offer seasonal CSA farm shares, skill-sharing workshops, and a membership with special perks, (like joining us for on-farm potluck during the season) and more.

Receive a fresh seasonal arrangement from cultivated and foraged flowers, foliage, seed pods, berries, grasses, and serendipity! Some of these will be larger scale like when peonies are blooming and others may be petite (we love to make diminutive "faerie bouquets"). We use recycled and repurposed glass containers to hold the arrangement. All flowers are locally grown without any chemicals applied (but they are NOT edible).
